  • Important: Sorry, Big Red Truck Fire Rescue only delivers to household addresses via Australia Post.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and chosen method.
  • Shipping costs are auto-generated based on size and weight, and may vary.
  • Some items (e.g., rakes, hoes) may be considered "oversized" by freight providers; if so, Big Red Truck Fire Rescue will contact you.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders over a specified amount, subject to promotional conditions.

4. Delivery Delays & Issues
