The VIPER FOREST 1030 is a compact, lightweight 25mm firefighting nozzle designed for forestry, bushfire, rural firefighting and general fire suppression applications.

Manufactured from anodised aluminium and weighing approximately 260 g, the VIPER FOREST 1030 provides firefighters with a highly portable nozzle offering selectable 35 L/min and 110 L/min flow rates at 6 bar.

A progressive nozzle tip allows the operator to move through straight stream and fog patterns, providing flexibility for direct fire attack, general suppression and personnel protection.

Designed for Forestry & Bushfire Operations

The VIPER FOREST 1030 has been developed for applications where low weight, compact dimensions and efficient water use are important.

Its two selectable flow rates allow operators to choose between a lower 35 L/min setting for water conservation and a higher 110 L/min setting when increased water delivery and reach are required.

At only 260 g, the nozzle minimises additional weight at the end of the hose line—an important consideration during extended forestry and bushfire operations.

Dual Flow Performance

Operating at 6 bars, the VIPER FOREST 1030 provides two selectable flow rates:

35 L/min at 6 bar – effective throw approximately 16 metres

110 L/min at 6 bar – effective throw approximately 23 metres

This dual-flow capability provides greater operational flexibility, allowing firefighters to adjust water delivery according to fire conditions, available water supply and the task being performed.

Selectable Stream Patterns

The rotating nozzle tip provides a progressive selection of stream patterns and operating positions.

Nozzle Tip Sequence:

Closed → 35 L/min Straight Stream → 110 L/min Straight Stream → Attack Fog → Protection Fog → Flush

The wide protection spray provides an angle of approximately 110° ±5°, while the narrower attack fog provides a 30° spray angle.

This range of settings allows the operator to quickly transition from concentrated reach to wider spray patterns as operational conditions change.

Lightweight Anodised Aluminium Construction

Manufactured from anodised aluminium, the VIPER FOREST 1030 combines durability with exceptionally low weight.

Its compact dimensions and 1-inch inlet make it particularly well suited to lightweight forestry hose systems, slip-on firefighting units, rural firefighting appliances and other applications where equipment weight and portability are important.

Connection Options

The VIPER FOREST 1030 is available with 25 mm BSP, allowing configuration to suit hose tail or storz adaptors for different hose types.
