The Brimstone EV Fire Suppressor Mister™ is a powerful, precision-engineered firefighting tool designed to enhance cooling and suppression capabilities during lithium-ion battery fire emergencies. Our Mister delivers a 10 38 lpm low-flow water mist spray with droplets sized at less than 1,000 microns directly to the vehicle’s undercarriage. Tests validate that the Mister’s low-flow rate is as effective as high-flow models, while conserving water resources and reducing toxic runoff. With a low-profile head measuring only 570 mm tall, it easily fits under most vehicles and features 15 omni-directional nozzles. How It Works:
The Mister is designed to be used in conjunction with an EV blanket during an electric vehicle fire, creating a comprehensive EV Fire Suppressor System™. Rapidly covering a vehicle with an EV blanket, especially with a proper ground seal, provides a measure of containment and protection by depriving the fire of free oxygen. This suppression of flames instantly lowers the temperature and decreases smoke volume.
Following this, the Mister delivers water directly to the vehicle's undercarriage to cool the chassis, pulling heat away from the battery modules to effectively shut down a thermal runaway event.
